Where Viktor is stronger
- Microsoft Teams. Viktor works in Teams as well as Slack. Teddo is Slack only.
- Breadth of tools. Viktor lists more than 3,200 integrations and can build custom ones. Teddo covers a shorter list plus tools with an API you connect yourself.
- Building software. Viktor writes and runs code on its own cloud computer and can deploy web apps, such as an internal approvals tool. Teddo does not run code for you or build apps.
- Security paperwork. Viktor states SOC 2 Type 1 compliance, with Type 2 and ISO 27001 in progress. Teddo has no third-party certification yet, which can matter for a security review.
- Bigger companies. Viktor offers an Enterprise plan with invoicing, per-user spend caps and dedicated onboarding. Teddo has self-serve plans only.
- Shared inboxes. Because Viktor shares each connection with the whole team, one connected support or sales inbox is instantly usable by everyone.
Where Teddo may fit better
- Personal accounts stay personal. With Teddo, each person connects their own Google account and Teddo acts only in the account of whoever asked. Viktor’s FAQ says connected integrations are shared with every team member and advises against connecting personal or private accounts.
- EU hosting. Teddo’s servers and backups are in Frankfurt. Viktor’s data processing agreement says customer personal data is stored and processed in the United States. (Both use AI providers that process requests in the US.)
- Pricing you can predict. Teddo charges one request per thing you ask, whether it takes one step or twenty. Viktor’s credits track model usage, so the same kind of task can cost different amounts. Viktor’s own guide puts 20,000 credits at roughly 40–200 tasks.
- Small start. Pay as you go starts at a $20 top-up and the credits do not expire, which suits teams that use an assistant a few times a week.
How to choose
If you need Teams, custom-built apps, or a SOC 2 report, Viktor is the better choice today. If you want each person’s mail and calendar kept to themselves, data stored in the EU, and a flat price per request, try Teddo. Both have free starts, so the fairest test is to give each the same three real tasks from your week and compare the results.

Is Teddo cheaper than Viktor?
It depends on how you work. Teddo Pro is $79 a month for 1,000 requests. Viktor’s Team plan is $100 a month for 40,000 credits, and Viktor’s own estimate is that 20,000 credits cover roughly 40–200 tasks. A Teddo request and a Viktor task are not guaranteed to be the same size, so try both on your real work.
Which one keeps data in the EU?
Teddo stores data in Frankfurt, Germany, though its AI providers process requests in the United States. Viktor’s data processing agreement says it stores and processes customer personal data in the United States.
Does Teddo work in Microsoft Teams?
No. Teddo is Slack only. Viktor works in Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Can Teddo build apps or run code like Viktor?
No. Viktor has its own cloud computer where it writes and runs code and can deploy web apps. Teddo does not offer that.
